Shipping & Handling

Shipping
All orders are processed within 7–20 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Pre-Order Shipping
Items on pre-order also take 7–20 business days to ship. The exact timeline will be listed in the product description. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.  


Shipment Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it.
 
 
Order Delays
Shipping delays may occur for reasons such as:
* holiday high-volume periods

* delays from shipping carriers

* a high number of pre-order items

Once packages are handed to our shipping partners, Edaven no longer has control over transit delays. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you.
 
 
Returns
Because we’re a small business and many items are made-to-order, we do not offer standard returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
 
 
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
